I am an Accredited Buyer Specialist (ABR) as well as a Relocation Specialist catering to the needs of transferees or local buyers wishing to upsize, downsize or simply change location.

My comprehensive services include careful research followed by the arrangement of your tour according to your needs and schedule. We usually incorporate several appointments in the morning then break for a delicious and relaxing lunch, preferably at an outdoor café or perhaps at a waterside location. We can view additional properties in the afternoon if you desire.

Families wishing to incorporate school tours will appreciate the fact that I will schedule and escort you on a physical tour of each facility to ensure that the school is a perfect fit for the children and the family.

My goal is to become one of your extended family, learning your likes and dislikes, needs and desires in an attempt to determine the perfect location, neighborhood and environment that will suit your family, lifestyle and financial target.

The all-inclusive services I offer will assist you through all steps of the home buying process - selection of the appropriate properties to view, decision-making, careful contract drafting and negotiation to benefit both the buyer and seller. In addition to arranging and attending all inspections, I assist in coordinating the mortgage and closing process. My attendance at settlement will ensure an efficient and timely closing.
